L’homme politique estime que la victoire du Rdpc à Garoua était prévisible ce d’autant plus qu’en face, il n’y avait d’adversaires coriaces capables de faire face à une équipe venue pour gagner.

Question/ Quelle appréciation faites-vous de l’implication des ténors du Rdpc de Garoua pour rafler les trois communes de la ville ?

La victoire du RDPC dans les circonscriptions  électorales de Garoua I, II, et III à la faveur des élections couplées (Législatives et Municipales) du 09 Février 2020 était prévisible et ne surprend que celui qui fait preuve de la naïveté maladive et/ou l’inculture Politique notable refusant de voir la réalité en face.

D’un côté, il y a comme un renoncement à la participation active des partis de l’opposition en compétition, laissant libre champ à leur allié RDPC. De l’autre la détermination de l’armada des représentants officiels du RDPC en mission pour la gagne aussi bien des communes que des sièges en compétition à l’Assemblée Nationale.

L’absence de l’opposition est d’autant plus perceptible que le Président Bello Bouba n’a pas battu compagne à Garoua censé être le fief de l’UNDP.

Outre cette absence notable laisse le couple Mohamadou AHIDJO et OumoulkoulchoumI AHIDJO dans leur faim, au regard des listes en compétition déjà, il n’y avait pas de répondant en face pour croiser le fer afin de contrarier l’appétit vorace des dinosaures du RDPC.

Du coup le slogan de l’UNDP à savoir ‘’la main dans la main’’ a battu en brèche quand il est entré en bataille frontal avec le sacré  slogan que le RDPC lui opposa à savoir ‘’ la main dans la poche’’.

Dès lors, aucune formation politique, ni le FSNC, ni personne ne pouvait résister à l’assaut d’une équipe venue pour la gagne et dont la ligne d’attaque était composée outre le Capitane Gabriel MBAIROBE, qui offrait du dankalirobé, Mr Mohamadou BAYERO, DG de la Sodecoton impliqua tous les Cotonculteurs, Ahmadou SARDAOUNA DG la SIC, Aminatou AHIDJO, Hamidou MAURICE, au milieu du terrain, Saliou MULLER, Mohamadou AMAYANGUA, Dr Mohamadou OUSMAILA, l’Honorable Mamouda ALI, BABAGAROUA, A La Défense, Mr SANOUSSI, Ousmanou BALLO MBAMSI entre autres.

Le Lamido Alim HAYATOU ne ménagea aucun effort pour la victoire finale. Il impliqua activement autant les grands notables que les chefs de 3e degré à mettre la main à la pâte, chacun dans son rayon d’actions.  

L’UNDP n’avait que ses yeux pour pleurer notamment face au défi d’un vote sanction que ses militants ont mis à exécution dans les circonscriptions électorales de Garoua II,  après avoir constaté en pôle position sur la liste des conseillers le nom de Mr OUSMANOU MADI non moins 1er Adjoint au Maire (leur prétendu bourreau) vivement incriminé par ces militants en raison de la main basse on ne peut plus leste et mielleuse, sur les transactions concoctées en dessous de la table dans la vente des boutiques au marché de Takasko.

Si Ibrahim BARKINDO, le Maire sortant de l’UNDP n’avait pas d’autre choix que de constater les dégâts, le FSNC, le petit poucet, se contente toujours de ses trois conseillers.

Moralité : Bondir et retomber sur ses pieds est déjà un succès à l’épreuve du bond dixit le sage.

L’échec de l’Undp et des autres partis dans le Septentrion

Certes l’UNDP a moissonné 7 sièges de député à l’Assemblée Nationale. Toutefois, ce score est obtenu plus par vote sanction découlant ²du défi des militants du RDPC de l’Adamaoua à l’endroit des cadres du Parti qui sont plutôt méprisants vis-à-vis de la base, toute chose qui a valu à l’honorable ALI BACHIR de payer une note bien salée.

D’autre part, pendant que l’ANDP d’Ahmadou MOUSTAPHA n’arrive pas toujours à ranger la queue entre les jambes dans son Maroua natal, Mr DAKOLE Daïssala, rattrapé par l’élite intellectuelle kirdi opposée à son jeu trouble sur les sentiers tortueux de la division du Septentrion se contente de deux sièges de député.

Pendant que Mr GARGA a mal agi, HAMAN Adji autant pour moi, comprend à ses dépens que l’éthique, la probité, la compétence ne sont de vertus cardinales que lorsque le peuple est souverain, maitre de son destin, capable d’exprimer son vote en le sauvegardant.

Désormais du haut de sa solitude, il croque ses biscuits en plein dent entre deux réunions de la Conac assis dans l’inconfort du banc abject de l’impuissance.
