La GIZ, Entreprise Allemande en charge de la mise en œuvre des projets de développement, vient d’installer un système de plaques solaires qui permet désormais d’alimenter en énergie électrique le Télécentre communautaire polyvalent de Bibémi 24 heures/24.

Régulièrement perturbé par les coupures intempestives d’énergie électrique à la mode ces derniers temps, le réseau internet GOON, une plateforme numérique d’échange, d’apprentissage, d’éducation, de Business installée par la GIZ à travers le Programme d’Appui au Développement Communal II (PRADEC II), ne connaitra plus de perturbation du fait de l’absence de l’énergie électrique.

La réception provisoire des travaux d’installation du système solaire du Télécentre de Bibémi s’est déroulée ce jeudi 14 janvier 2021 en présence du Maire de la Commune Armand YEDI et surtout du Délégué régional des Postes et Télécommunications pour le Nord Jonas BALFALBO.
12 batteries installées dans le local technique construit à cet effet fourniront une énergie de 20 Kwatt/heure au serveur. Cette énergie permettra à ce serveur et à certaines machines du télécentre d’être toujours alimentés et fournir les services qui y sont attendus tels la fourniture d’internet et de bien d’autres services.

Monsieur le Maire de la Commune et le Délégué régional des PTT pour le Nord ont remercié la GIZ à travers monsieur Emile LANDO, Coordonnateur du PRADEC II pour le Nord, pour ce soutien indéniable à l’endroit de la Commune de Bibémi.
En voie d’être rétrocédé à la Commune de Bibémi,il faut rappeler que le premier Télé Centre Communautaire Polyvalent (TCCP) de Bibémi avait été inauguré le 6 avril 2011 par l’ancien Ministre des Postes et Télécommunications Jean-Pierre BIYITI bi ESSAM. Mais ce projet qui fonctionnait sous le réseau VSat, avait connu de nombreuses difficultés notamment celles relatives à la fourniture de l’énergie électrique mais également à la qualité du réseau internet fourni. La nouvelle génération des TCCP va fonctionner avec la fibre optique dont la fiabilité, la flexibilité, la sensibilité, la qualité du réseau sont de haute facture. Ce que les experts appellent l’autoroute de l’information. La ville de Bibémi attend impatiemment et ce dans les tous prochains jours, l’inauguration du nouveau Télécentre newlook. Un outil d’une importance capitale pour la Commune dans ce monde en pleine mutation.
