Garoua 2e. Les conseillers municipaux adoptent le projet de Budget présenté par le Maire Oumarou

Ils l’ont fait au cours d’une session ordinaire du conseil municipal consacrée à l’examen et au vote du budget. Session à laquelle prenait par le Préfet du département de la Bénoué Oumarou Haman WABI.

1 052 000 000 FCFA, c’est l’enveloppe en recettes et en dépenses proposée par le Maire Oumarou et votée par tous les conseillers ce 17 décembre 2021 au Centre culturel de Lopéré. Une enveloppe qui connait une nette augmentation de 112 millions de FCFA par rapport à l’exercice écoulé.

En plus des missions régaliennes de la Commune : construction et équipement des salles de classes, des centres de santé ; adduction en eau potable ; aménagement de la voirie urbaine et autres infrastructures de hautes importance, le Maire Oumarou comme part le passé, consacre une part belle aux dépenses d’investissement dans ce budget soit 704 099 000 FCFA  contre 347 901 000 aux dépenses de fonctionnement.

Dans l’immédiat, le Maire Oumarou compte mettre en place une usine de transformation des déchets ménagers ; réorganiser le secteur des motos taxis et mettre en circulation des tricycles KEKENAPE adaptés au transport urbain. Un accent sera mis sur l’hygiène et salubrité. Garoua 2e accueille en grande partie la CAN Total Energie 2022. Il a, et à la suite du préfet de la Bénoué, invité les conseillers municipaux à apporter leurs contributions en impliquant leurs populations dans les activités d’hygiène et de salubrité à Garoua 2e.

Il faut toutefois rappeler que le Préfet de la Bénoué Oumarou Haman WABI a félicité l’actuel exécutif  pour le travail de titan abattu en deux années seulement d’exercice. Il s’agit par exemple de la construction d’un bloc de deux salles de classe au quartier Tongo, à l’école publique de Lainde Intergare ; la construction de la clôture à l’école maternelle de Poukouloukou ; la construction d’un bloc maternel à l’école maternelle de Ngalbidje ; la réhabilitation de 02 blocs de salles de classe à l’école publique de poukouloukou, la réhabilitation de l’école maternelle de Laindé ; la remise des tables bancs aux écoles publiques de la Commune de Garoua 2e ; la construction d’une route au quartier Nigeriaré hirondelle garage Bar ; la construction d’une mini adduction d’eau potable au quartier Ngalbidje, au quartier Lainde Daneyel ; la construction de deux blocs d’hospitalisation au Centre Médical de Lainde ; la construction d’un dalot triple sur le tronçon entre Lainde Bayel et Laindé Sabongari ; la remise de vélos aux handicapés nécessiteux etc.
