La forte mobilisation observée autour du Dr AMADOU ALIM le 1er dernier à Poli, présage une victoire écrasante du Rassemblement Démocratique du Peuple Camerounais (RDPC) dans ce département de la région du Nord.

Plus d’une centaine de personnes ont répondu présentes à cette réunion de concertation convoquée par le Président de la Commission départementale de la campagne des sénatoriales du 12 mars 2023 dans le Faro : les vices présidents de la commission départementale, les membres, les chargés de mission, les candidats investis, les chefs traditionnels, les conseillers municipaux et régionaux, les présidents de sections et sous-sections, les chefs religieux, les parlementaires, les élites intérieures et extérieures etc. Tous ont été attentifs au message de vigilance, de stratégie du porte à porte, soutenu par Dr AMADOU ALIM.
Le membre titulaire du Comité central du Rdpc par ailleurs, Président de la délégation permanente départementale du Comité central dans le Faro reconnait toutes les chances vont en faveur du RDPC étant donné que le parti est seul maitre du jeu politique dans ce département de la région au regard la configuration du collège électoral totalement acquis au RDPC. Mais averti ce médecin de formation, « la victoire n’est acquise qu’au soir du vote. Par conséquent, je vous demande de redoubler d’effort, de ratisser large pour une victoire écrasante de notre parti au soir du 12 mars 2023 ».
Dr AMADOU ALIM a de prime à bord félicité les candidats investis par le parti dans le Faro. Il a ensuite prié le Bon Dieu pour que les élections du 12 mars se déroulent dans la paix et l’unité des cœurs.
Au cours de cette réunion de concertation, de nombreux textes du parti ont été lus aux grands électeurs notamment les instructions du Secrétaire général du Comité central mais surtout la circulaire du président national du RDPC le Président Paul Biya, la présentation du matériel de travail, les modalités pratiques, les équipes constituées en vue du déroulement de la campagne etc.
Avant de mettre fin aux travaux, Dr AMADOU ALIM a rappelé à tous qu’une élection se gagne le jour du vote et dans les urnes. « Ne perdons pas de vue que les enjeux de cette élection sénatoriale préfigurent les enjeux de toutes les élections à venir notamment celles de 2025 à savoir les législatives et les sénatoriales. Pour cela chers camarades, nous devons restez sérieux et vigilants », a-t-il martelé aux grands électeurs ainsi qu’à toutes les parties prenantes.
